Return Policy

Orders that have been cut and/or shipped cannot be cancelled; orders that require a new production that has been already launched cannot be cancelled. If the client requires a return after the goods has been shipped, if we can accommodate the request, a 30% restock fee will be charged. In any case a return requires a written approval of Sedallo LLC and can be accepted only if goods are in the original unopened packaging and in perfect conditions.

Acceptance of goods: all packages should be inspected upon receipt. If the parcel is received damaged or in bad conditions, a complaint must be made by the recipient to the carrier. It is recommended to take a picture of the damaged parcel.

Possibly packages must be opened as soon as possible, and the content must be inspected carefully, verifying the yardage and color and any possible visible defect before cutting and using the fabrics. No complaints will be accepted after any cutting or use and, in any case, ahead of 2 calendar weeks from the date of delivery. All complaints must be made in writing within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the fabrics invoiced.

About Fabric

If you’re unsure how much fabric you should order for your project, we suggest seeking advice from a local workroom. A professional workroom will be able to recommend the precise yardage needed for your specific project requirements. Ensure to provide them with the pattern repeat and information from the product listing. In case you’re uncertain, it’s wise to order some extra fabric to be on the safe side.

Cutting for Approval (CFA) service is offered for orders above 5 yards. For orders below 5 yards, CFA can be shipped with a fee of $30 for items stocked in the USA and $75 for items stocked in Italy. However, if we recommend a CFA, no fees will be charged, even for orders under 5 yards. Clients may choose to waive the CFA unless it is recommended by us. CFA approvals must be submitted in writing and are considered as the official authorization from the client to ship the product and verification that all order details are correct. Please note that CFAs are not offered for certain specific products with pattern or sold by panels. CFAs are shipped via USPS and can be rushed with a client-supplied FedEx or UPS account number.

Whenever is possible we will try to accommodate such request. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that your fabric order will ship as a single continuous piece. It all depends on the quantity needed and your specific requirements. However, we’ll make every effort to offer the best possible solution for your project.

Yes, we are always open for custom requests and ideas. Creating a custom pattern normally means producing a minimum of 100 yards – everything depends on the quality of the fabric you are looking for. We have a wide network of excellent weavers so we can almost do anything you might need!

Shipping & Delivery

Lead times depend on where the item is stocked.

Items stocked in the USA:

For in-stock items, orders confirmed and paid by 11:00 AM ET on a business day can generally be dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 11:00 AM ET will generally be dispatched the following business day.

Our standard domestic shipping method is FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is also available upon request, including 2-Day and Next-Day services. Please let us know when placing your order and we will provide a quote for the requested service.

Items stocked in Italy:

For items stocked in Italy, orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Transit time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance where applicable.

For domestic shipments, a signature is not required unless specifically requested. If the delivery address is a construction site, workroom, receiving warehouse, or another location where you want to ensure that the package is handed directly to someone, we recommend requesting Signature Required when placing your order.

Once your order ships, an invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your Sedallo account, generally within one business day.

Please note that transit times and estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside Sedallo’s control.

Yes. Sedallo ships internationally and, depending on the destination, can generally offer shipments under DAP or DDP terms.

Under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, Sedallo arranges transportation to the agreed destination, while the recipient/importer is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed at destination. If you use your own customs broker, please provide their contact information when placing the order.

Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, where available, Sedallo arranges transportation and import clearance and includes the estimated applicable duties, taxes, and clearance charges in our quotation.

DDP service may not be available for every destination or type of shipment. International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections or clearance delays outside Sedallo’s control.

Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm the available shipping terms and provide a quotation for freight, duties, taxes, and applicable fees.

For additional information regarding shipping, delivery, risk of loss, carrier delays, and other applicable terms, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery section of our Terms & Conditions.
